My uncle has moved to usa 6yrs back through some channel( dont want to be named). He has been working in gas station since then and he built house. Now he is in delimma whether to come back to nepal or file for hariyopatta. He left 2yrs daughter in nepal at that time and now he wants to give up gas station job  and be with family. But his wife says not to come back nepal as there are no jobs and light, no security. Instead she asked him to file GC for him as well as her. Is there anyway he can file gc and bring them in usa. Will USCIS ever find out that he has come here through some channel and deport?

The only way to get a greencard,, in his situation, would be to file for Asylum or marry an American. Asylum would be very difficult too considering the fact that he has been here for 6 years.

Yes jai_nepal, everyone said so, that he cannot file asylum, and he wont marry either as he wont do that. Any other loopholes?

On the contrary, i think he can get asylum more easily by showing that he has been here for so long time because of some thing back in the country that he may be killed if he goes there.
