Your visa expiry data on passport has nothing to do with once you end ur F1 status by not applying for OPT to get new status and leaving US. Hence once you go to nepal without applying for OPT, the visa is no longer valid.
You need to get new visa to come into US under new I-20. Make sure if you did the undergraduate degree this time, you will be coming for graduate degree next time. The probability of getting the visa for the same level of study is lower (as heard).

Let me share my experience. I graduated in month 8, OPT started in month 9, left US on month 10. Went to Nepal, got new I 20 from another university and came back to US on month 12 with same visa. Didn't face any problem. I was also confused. I contacted international student office of both old and new universities and both of them suggested no need to get new VISA.
Hope this helps.

Thanks jhyamma and guruji, Then in this case, I need to apply OPT before return back to Nepal to maintain status? But OPT will expire after 3 months if not get job, right? So its not good to go Nepal and stay more than 6 months ?? So still confuse about my VISA. As jhyamma said " My VISA will not valid". Need to apply new VISA even though I have unexpired VISA...what you guys suggest ? Is it safe to go Nepal and stay as much as I like and come to US with new I-20 before expiring my VISA? What will be the best idea! I wanna come back US but I don't wanna stay here with out job in this recession period. And always there might be some risk for Visa if my current unexperied VISA will not work. What to do? Big trouble and confusion still...........

I am pretty sure if you transfer to new university during course of study and go to nepal with valid new I-20, u can use old visa to come back, no need to re apply for visa. but since u r not transferring now and ending the college and going back, not sure, guruji looks to be lucky.
I would advise to join new school over here, get I-20, then after a semester go back to nepal with signed I-20. This may possibly not require a new visa while returning back.
