They are like other crappy CC companies. They are proactive during sales but after they sell you the ticket.. they will kick your a.. Last year, they gave me the best deal (?) with lot of fine prints. Later, I hardly got response when I needed them. I ended up paying 1.5x normal rate.

Fine prints comes even with births, what do you expect in business, that is their life line. Can you find a single business that does not have fine prints?
