In US High Schools( Grade 10 and 11), they need mark sheet in grading system. If we submit a mark sheet at the school as we get at the time of admission , our kids have to suffer a low GPA even they are very good at school while in Nepal. None of our kids can get excellent marks( above 90%)  in all subjects. Nepali and English are like subjects they might have low percentage. When they graduate high school here, the schools here will calculate final GPA on the basis of  the mark sheet( Certificate) we have submitted at the time of admission( 9th grade as well as 10th grade) and the rest of classes they do here( like 11th and 12th). How,Where and What type of certification (Mark Sheet) we can get back home that might help to solve this problem,Can you guys help me to solve this problem?.Thanks in advance. Your help will be highly appreciated.

You can always cover that by having excellent SAT or ACT scores.

The admission committee surely looks at the standard test scores and compares that to what your kids have in 9th and 10th grade.

Also, if your kid makes a notable progress in 11th and 12th, that will overshadow the previous grades for sure.

Is this what you are asking for.

Let suppose, US is doing car race for three years and every years your total speed will give you a winner.

First year you join and said, I used to speed in Nepal. OK..What was your speed. 45Km/hr ( Kilometer)

First Year,
Nepalese speed  ( Good driver)  45Km/hr....... US driver speed ( excellent road)     45Miles/hr
Second Year-------------60Miles--------'''''''''''''             ''''                        50Miles/hr
Third Year----------------65Miles............."""""""""""""""""''                               55Miles/hr...

So you want to argue, 45Km/hr speed is equal to 45Miles/hr.

Actually, there is no problem.. thats how the  Education Standard System is established.
Just look forward, and be proud they are going to be college in US.
