berojgar,
Since it is the easiest thing to give advice, so I am doing the same ;).
1. What you mean you have good computer skills?
2. Java and .NET (both programming stuffs) are getting a bit "big" to study. Learning curve is flat. If you are really energetic and you know basic programming then you can try. Otherwise, you need at least six months to get your mind set for "object" concept of these programming. I dont suggest you to go for .NET technology (every graduates go for .Net, and there are more people than job available).
3. Quick learning, EASY learning and relatively better job (as compared to learning time/energy required) is Scripting languages. I RECOMMEND YOU to
learn php scripting (google this). After pounding for 1-2 months, you should be able to get job.
4. If your mind can not think "recursion", "Object" or "generics" at all (e.g. u r not born for programming), then you can go for administration stuffs. Hot cake in the market is LINUX/UNIX and Networking. But learning these technology is no less easier than learning full human-anatomy system. It takes long time, energy and dedication.. but THERE IS FUTURE.
5. Last option: There are product specific technologies - e.g. Oracle, WebSphere Application Server, (and other websphere products e.g. MQ, WMB etc). You can stick to one technology and drill it. You will get job if you are lucky enough.
My suggestion in decreasing order (considering ease of learnig / time, job scope, and future prospects)..
a) Php programming (and Web related technology e.g. HTML, CSS, XML, MySQL) or Shell Scripting (Korn)
b) Networking (Cisco etc)
c) Database technolgy (Specially Oracle developer)
d) Linux/Unix (Especially RedHat or Solaris adminstrator )
e)Java programming
f) Storage technology (SAN, NAS, Clustering etc)
g) .Net (C#, Sharepoint, and other MS technologies)
h) Other enterprise application integration products (EAI) e.g. SAP, IBM WebSphere families, Tivoli, Biz-talk server, etc..
I put .Net technology at the end cuz there is virtually saturated number of job seekers..
