What do u guys think, Prez Obama said "hindu" in third while in his speech about unity in united states of america..

what do you think? what he should have said? I have met a lot of people in US they didn't even know 'Hinduism' is a religion.

Zeran  its beacuse of ppl like u we have religious issues trying to build up something out of nothing  . relaxx     

 

and to add to that:

even when he was saying Hindu, he was referring to the huge Indian-American population here. Obama probably does not even know that Hinduism is practiced by people other than Indians.

ko hola .......you are wrong. Obama knows about hindu. I think he even made a statement about Nepal in the past. He was also awarded some murti by nepalese residing in US.

Obama gonna sdcrew Babauram and Prachanda soon.

Obama got a nice masala for his speech becasue of situation in  Nepal.

He said something like, Leaders are remembered for what they built, not for what they destroyed. Certainly indicating what Maoists did in Nepal during revolution time destroying all the infrastructures.. and now poeple in Nepal are facing 16+ hours of load shedding.. Obama knows about it very well..

.I don't think he was mentioning the religions in the order of their importance. He was simply giving examples. If what he said is taken literally, then he didn't even mention Buddhism and other religions. Does that mean he doesn't think other religions are not important? Don't read too much into the speech. It was just a speech.
