"Voluntary disclosure scheme is good intentioned," says FM Bhattarai

Finance Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai has claimed that the scheme launched by the government on voluntary disclosure of income is good intentioned.

"Our intention is not to let the people turn their black money into white money through voluntary disclosure of income," he said, addressing the CA, Friday.

"We only want that people come out clear on their income," he said.

The government, through this year's budget, has introduced the scheme whereby previously untaxed income can be disclosed and only lump sum of tax will be levied without fines.

Meanwhile, Dr. Bhattarai has claimed that the government is collecting the revenue handsomely.

He has said the government can meet its target of collecting Rs 129 billion revenue this year.

What has Maoist Government done so far, except for more killing, intimidating, abducting, chandaaa aatank (now legalized to deusi bhailo aatank as well), and emptying the national treasure by taking entire family of the minister to foreign visits? What have they done so far??? Bastards.......

hehehe yeah. Look who's asking!!! The same people who has been asking for "chanda" for the past 10/11 years. Voluntary disclosure of income is a good thing but the people who will have that data are not reliable. Just imagine what they could do with that data!! If you earn a certain amount you'd be getting calls from them even if you did not receive any calls (threats!!) from them in the past.

Not a single thing they did good...........real bastards........need to kill them all.

seems the maoist govt is doing great , i ll highlight few of their achievments

-they have been able to ease their relations with India and US (which was their worst enemy) and Prachanda is trying his best to endear himself with those so called imperialistic leaders and he is getting the support from his wife and his computer operator(son) and recently hired advisor(daughter). seems the whole family is really worried about the country.

-they have based their budget on forein aids (once they used to mock other parties for that and did not allow INGOs to operate in thier bases),

-seems they think that nepali people have become rich, so they are enforcing parallel tax structures, one to the state and the other to thier party, enforced strictly through thier creative youths , YCL

-they have given high hopes for ppl who couldnot get a degree while they were busy smoking weed, gambling or went to jail for a crime, they can enlist themselves as militia and get a MS degree easily, thats a radical approach to increase the literacy rate of the country, bravoo!!

-they have maintained law and order and security, as u can see, the murderer of Ramhari Shrestha is palling around with the Defense Minister of Nation,

-now a 6 months training in China will make u eligible for the Nation's Army Chief, thats another significant step and a politically affiliated person can be listed in army

-now our Planning Comission is filled with dignitaries, at least one of them is kin of the influentials in the government,

-they think that they can better take care of people' property, thats why they are not going to return the property they siezed during the insurgency and they gonna help the country's farmers by harvesting their crops,

 

well these are ones that are significant and seems "they have been able to break the trend" that nepali ppl were "tired off" and seems they have done justice with the sacrfice of "13000 " and sufferings of thousands.....

so that may be the reason u may be satisfied with their progress jwala ji ,

Most of these views are biased and influenced by jealousy. If they want to do good things for the country let them do it. We have seen what Panche, Congress and UML had done in last half century.

1. All PLAs graduate (never ever seen in the world and will never be that they can get academic certificates in return for killing people)

2. maoists captured peoples land/property you name it...the maoists govt decides that they will hopefully return but if they dont return, the ones whose land were seized will be given money. what that means is maoist are getting free land and property and we (country's budget) are paying for that.

3. take their family for foreign visits (nepalese people are paying for their lucrative holiday)
