NO GORKHA'S IN SAJHA ??
trying to give lil informaition about pensions:
If GORKHA are receiving British Army pensions, they should qualify for it (due to service over 4 years). However, the government has yet to introduce its policy based on the High Court ruling. I hope no Gurkha who has served at least 4 years will be left out, as that would truly truly be a great travesty and injustice to just a few Gurkhas.

naya nepal ji, As far as I know, the British government has not made any thing public as to whether the children of ex-Gurkhas could immigrate to UK yet. I know for a fact that they were not in favor of giving that ILE to the children who are over 21 and married. But then they had also denied the ILE to ex-Gurkhas who had retired before 97. Hopefully things will change as they (MOD and the government) have have been defeated in the court of law. Some kind of announcement is expected some time on the eve of Christmas. Till then no one knows for sure if the children of ex-Gurkhas could resettle in the UK. As for now, they have given the verdict only in favor of the Gurkhas and their wives or widows. I think the MOD (Ministry of Defense) and the UK governmenrt will be giving equal pension to the ex-Gurkhas soon, but that might take a lot of legal battles on the part of GAESO and similiar organizations. Only after that will the children of ex-Gurkhas get to resettle in UK. Did it answer your questions at all? Lemme know, man.
