"YOU THINK NEPAL WILL SEE INCREASE IN PRODUCTIVITY CAUSE ACCORDING TO THIS NEWS, EVERBODY SHOULD PUT IN HARD WORK LIKE HERE AND NOT FOOL AROUND"

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has warned that government employees failing to fulfill their duties in the changed context will face stern action.

Giving instruction to civil servants during a tea party organised on the fifth Civil Service Day, at Baluwatar, on Sunday, the Prime Minister said that civil servants work honestly would surely be rewarded while no wrongdoer would be spared.

Saying that the people were keeping both hope and doubt on the government, Dahal urged government employees to play an important role in making people feel that things are going to change. The government, according to him, is committed to correct the wrongs of the past.

The Prime Minister added that the nation's future would be determined by the current government's success or failure. "Therefore you have huge responsibility to implement the government's policies and programmes effectively," he told the civil servants.

During the programme, the Prime Minister also rewarded some civil servants with cash and letter of appreciation for their good performance. nepalnews.com ps Sept 07 08

agree with kahaobadi. remember how several employees were sacked from various government offices saying they were corrupt and good for nothing when gyane took the power. and we know the result. gyane is long gone but corruption is still there.

and now prachande dumb##ss thinks he could boost and win hearts and soul of the people by posing pictures with them!

I really doubt such action of PM would increase productivity of the nation!

totally agreed. PM is trying to relay whatever he is doing  or trying to do to the public thru media.. which is kinda good.. as far as transparency is concerned. But Productivity!!!??? who monitors it, how is it measured? do u practice favoritism or not... well only if they can make it transparant as well...............

carry the good job on..

cheers
