Hellow all
We talk about our politicians not being honest and there is no doubt we all agree. On the other hand, taking advantage from those dishonest and corrupted politicians, we have so many so called elite professionals who came to US with bond/contract with Nepal government and they never return back to Nepal. Most of these people are sons and daughters of Nepali buraucrats and politicians and some of them are Proffessor of TU who come for either MS or PHD and they never go back. According to their contract with Nepal Goverment, they must return and continue their service at least for two years. They end up never going back and cheating Nepali tax payers. Some of them work for World Bank, IMF, Hight Tech companies and some even ends up working for 7-Eleven. Let's get to know them by listing their name below:
1).......................
2).....................
3).................... and so on!!!

Why you care? This list may be too long. There are several Nepalese embassy staffs working here illegally. Few Nepalese embassadors appointed by King opted to resign from the post to accept UN jobs (I heard King was red faced with embarassment when he heard the news!). Nepalese in the United Nations have opted to stay here after finishing their terms instead of going back to Nepal. What is your opinion about them?

Staying in US is better for Nepal's economy i.e. more foreign currency going into Nepal (hopefully). As long as visa status is legal and you have profe$$ional job I do not see any problem. It is an individual choice so why should anyone care? It is for a greater good.
