I did 2 years bachelor degree from Tribhuvan University and came to USA on tourist visa, got a job in a company, got an H1 visa through the company, now applied for I-140. Last week, USCIS sent me a letter saying that I need a four year bachelor degree instead of 2 years. They gave me H-1 visa 3 times. I am in a great dilemma. I don't know what to do? Do you guys have any better idea? Please please let me know ASAP.

No Tension man very easy solution:
Make work experience of 5 years or even more than that. If you like you can make fake experience letter from Nepal. Then go to some educational equivalent company with your 2 years bachelor degree and your five + years experience; they will give US equivalent 4 year’s bachelor degree. You can present this equivalent letter to USCIS.
