Can we put the same proverb other way round like this?
" Who cried yesterday are laughing today"
If I am not mistaken, you may be indicating the jubilation that people have in their faces today is an ominous sign for future disastors. Let's not let happen this. Ki kaso?

both of u are wrong "who cry yesterday is still crying today"who are happy yesterday still happy today" like gyane from last 2 years he is crying and still crying till today and tomorrow, netas and maobadi they are happy from last 10 years coz of killing and robbing and today they get a licence to do in leagal way. we janata yesterday also crying in lots of reason(petrol,corruption, robbery,mahangi) and i dont seems that tomorrow they gonna be happy coz still getting that same problem in a huge way hoina na ta satthi
