Can anyone tell me what are the process for changing status from visitor visa to student visa. Is it too late to change status to student visa for this coming fall semester??? How long would it take to approved from USCIS. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated. thanks

Yes you can change your status to F1 status if you get approved and enrollement letter by any University or College
