this guy in my company told me that they talked to the attorney's office and that they have received the receipt number yesterday...but he was not willing to show it to me, or give it to me, saying that he got the news over the phone...so, i am not sure if that is true...dhotis, how can i trust them? but then i guess i will have to trust them...it definately looks like vermont is processing relatively slow...i am keeping an eye on other blogs as well (murthy.com)...hopefully all of us in masters cap get it...and all other nepali daju bhai/didi bahini in regular cap get it too...+ all other nepalis applying from nepal or other countries too...i hope we all will get it!

anyone working on sql server??? may be we all can join together and help eachother when in need. any thoughts?

Yeha I am waiting too. but not ,so desperately. I am regular quota without premium proceesing, and i think my employee filed at Vermont. My mom used to say -"Vhaguwan lay vanchan haray, ta chita ma purauchue". So, I left everything in his hand. Anway it was good knowing that we have few SQL People here too. I am working as a DTS Migration to SSIS 2005 rt now. ( i think i got lucky to get really cool people and coll place). waiting from last three weeks for QA, they don't have time.

My attorney mentioned today that they massive cases to put in data base, so they can't say any thing now, it is premium processing, verment, masters.

timer, do you mean they are not being able to process everything as of yet? they still have till tuesday or so to finalize the thing about premium processing. so, may be its on the way...i didn't call my company today to see if its approved...they said attorney got the receipt notice...i never got it, they said they don't have it, attorney has it...i am like 'whatever'...i am waiting for result of years of hardwork and these consultancy people don't even know how to respond...frustrated...very very frustrated.

They called for my status of my case, USCIS mentioned that they can't say anything now, because they haven't put all the cases in data base.

I don't know but we also have discussed about that but that is what USCIS have mentioned. I think they might have used bar code (not sure). But that is what they said yesterday.
