Has anybody got the receipt number yet? Those who have applied premium processing in master's quota should have got the receipt number by today if selected. If not the chance of getting selected is very rare.

 if you had applied to the vermont still there is some chance. But if you had applied to the california the chance of getting selected is very rare. This case applies for premium processing only. They haven't started to send the receipt number for non-premium. Once they start then there is no hope for those who had applied through  premium processing.

What about Vermont Service Center? We have applied in vermont Center in Master's Cap with premium processing. No one heard anything upto now? What's going here?

There are two reasons why vermont service center is late. One is vermont center has tremendous number of petitions and second is they had problems on April 1st due to heavy rains and Fedex didn't deliver on time. The petitions were dumped in haphazard and disorderly manner so the pulling of petition takes time. But everyone who had applied to california service center on premium should have got receipt number by today if not tomorrow if selected.
