Probably not,its not the constitutional assembly that decides the fate of monarchy, its India that decides, since all of our political parties including Maobadi obey the instructions delevered from Delhi, as its clear to all of us that Kings and Gandi families always enjoyed good relationship, except for one occassion when Sonia was denied for the access to Pashupatinath by the late king Birendra. There is no doubt that G.P.Koirala would be happy to replace monarchy and start his own Koirala dynesty, but he is speaking the voice of India that king needs space,so folks he is not the last monarch,we will enjoy a long happy kingship in Nepal .

It's hard to tell - if, as per the recomendations of the ICDC, a referendrum is held, the results could go either way. Regardless of the outcomes of the referendrum, Nepal has changed forever, and even if the Monarchy survives, it will pe pretty much powerless and toothless.

Most likely he is the last monarch .I am probably the first one in sajah who said we need refrendum to decide the fate of monarchy :) and if i get to vote i would vote for monarchy! saying that don't think i am royalist.Voting for monarchy doesn't mean you are royalist.some of the tiny brains of sajah won't get it..and i am sure about that.. But people remember this: This would be the win of the people who wants monarchy down (hook or by crook) not the win of nepali people. There is big difference.Don't be mistaken.
