Mozilla Firefox is pretty good. The interface and menus is almost like Internet Explorer plus it has tabbed browsing capability. You can open multiple tabs in one browser that means no need to open multiple browser windows. Sometimes it is better to use Internet Explorer for sites that has lots of multimedia stuff because sometimes Firefox is not able to display them correctly. http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/

My Vote also goes for Mozilla Firefox, Another good thing is that you can block all the advertisements in the page and even we can block the logos and banners..

mero_nam thank you very much for pointing out the fact. Firefox is build by developers in mozilla foundation. It is by far the best browser. Just go to firefox site and you will find tons of addons for firefox. My personal favourite are fasterfox, foxytunes, superdragandgo, dictionarytooltip. They also provide excellent javascript developement and debugging tools. If you want to become the part of firefox developement porcess then visit http://www.xulplanet.com , it will teach you how to build applications for firefox and other mozilla browsers. Njoy.

Features of Firefox I use and like are: 1. Tabbed browsing (CTRL+T) 2. Search (CTRL+F), highlighting keywords, previous/next 3. Clear private data with one button which is cookies,history,forms/password 4. Easy customization 5. Bookmarks (Favorites in IE) 6. Pop-up blocker Although I use and like Firefox all the time, it is not bug free, sometimes it crashes for no reason. I do not use Google or Yahoo or any toolbars, they all suck. Divdude, Can you post the link to that active-x plugin download site? Thanks.

I'm also a big fan and a regular user of firefox since past two years. I'm especially attracted by a large number of freely available addons (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/). If you're also using firefox, I recommend using the "NoScript" addon which tremendously enhances its security by automatically disabling executable scripts such as javascript, java, etc. of sites that you don't trust.

I have noticed that Hotmail does not work properly with Firefox. When I send email through Hotmail using Firefox, it comes all bunched up at the other end. The paragraph separation does not come through. Has this been your experience too?

What I mean is: When I write email, I write it like a letter, neatly in paragraphs. But the recipient sees it all together, like in one paragraph. The email loses all formatting. Has this happened to you when you used hotmail with firefox?
