Because they were discarded by gyannedra for two hardcore loyalists - Dr. Tulsi and Mr. Bista, not to mention the others - pandey, ranas, sarki, mainali, mandal, bandar etc


If they smell that one of them has a chance of becoming the PM, they'll be standing outside Narayanhiti, not shouting slogans. same goes with the rest of others - mutipartywallas.
