Guys these are Atkins' days and people work hard to manage their weight. But here is one person who has always wanted to gain good weight but never got that right. I eat well - fruits, veggies, meat, fish and everything. Non-alcoholic, non-smoker though. My weight has never been satisfactory ever since I realised I am a thin chap. Any real suggestions to help my cause???

for u from ruina sissy :) any food can make u fat if u eat enough of it.a net excess of energy is almost all stored in the body fat in fat tissue. fat,as opposed to carbohydrate or protein ,from food is especially easy for the body to store as fat tissue. .protein is not stored in body except in response to excercise ,it is present only as working tissue .excess protein is converted to fat and stored . .alcohol both delivers calories and encourage storage of body fat. .too little physical activity encourage body fat accumulation. the truth is that human body is not infinitely malleable...few overweight people will ever become rail-thin ,even with right diet,excercise habit,and behaviours .likewise most underweight people will remain on the slim side even after putting on some hefty. . beyond issue of style ,people who are overweight may have major health concerns,for them the benefit of weight loss are clear.fewer heart attacks,fewer strokes,less cancer,less diabetes and a greater chance at longer life than otherwise would be expected. soo think abt it!healthy body,healthy mind....

RAM RAM... NEWUSER BRO.. Actually I wanted to start this thread. Thank you. I am also waiting for the good advices to be fat. Till now, none of the friends advices are interesting for me. I am 28 from March 17, 2005. I was 35 Kg and and very short (Just guess because I did not have any devices to measure such things) at my rural village when I appeared for SLC exam in 1993. But from my SLC exam to its results, I became 5'10" and slender. I do did not know my weight but I was like bamboo. When I went to KTM and measured, then my weight appeared 58 Kg in 1994. Then, my weight remained constant but height kept on increasing. Now I am 58 Kg and 6' 3". I did all what I can afford to increase my weight. I am from the Hindu Prist family but I drank LOCAL THARRA just to be fat, but I did not. All FAILED !!!!!! As a last alternative, I saw many thin people turned to fat after marrige. I did marriage just for to be fat. But unfortunately, my weight did not change. Now my weight is not only my personal problem. Some lessons: 1. Fat/Thin is not a physical problem but a psychological one. 2. Fat/ Thin does not depend on foods, but depends on your mental satisfaction levels. 3. If you have to think within a small boundary you will be fat and vice versa. 4. If you have many dependents, you will be thin, otherwise fat. 5. If you had not have sufficient neutrients in the very childhood, you can never be fat later. 6. If you think more about family, nation, politics etc etc, you will be thin otherwise fat. Summary: "You can not change your physical system, so do not try to change it but enjoy what you have now" -------- OK

Kasailai moto bhayera tension..........................kasailai dublo bhayera First..........start drinking lot of beer like me atleast 5 pints to start with and increase ur beer appetite till 10 pint everyday Makesure u dont workout at all...........then sleep as soon as possible u eat It works i am 26, 5'6 tall and my present weight is 86 kilo, i use to be 79 before i went to nepal. I took off from attractive good looking dude to paresh rawal look in just 2 yrs. You know what when ppl say u r fat...........i dont give dyaam.........i tell them happy,yes, i am happy with my life apart from some confusion with my wedding

Oh my god.I am so glad now. Thank you all for your valuable suggestions. methodman, sissy, ok, harkedai, money minded lai muri muri dhanyabad chha. Khane kurama ta ma koi bhanda kam chhaina.I know it. Mcdonald KFC Burger King pani week ma dui tin choti pugekai hunchhu. (man pardaina teti tara motaune ashma). Aba everyday ta sochnai parchha. Tei pani I will try now. Gym- I paid a really good amount to Gold Gym for a couple of months. But motaunu ko sato I lost a few kilos. I didn't have the patience to continue and the fee was terribly high. Alcohol- I can't consider. Aaune belan dad le bhannu bhathyo- babu aru j sukai garr tara duita kaam nagar life ma- euta jaad nasik , arko arkaki chhori mathi anyaya nagarr.Dad ka thulthula sapana ta pura garna sakiena tara eti duita ta mandinai paryo. Baru dublai rakhiyos. Aba tension ta kasko hunna ra. Career hera, study hera, family hera, desh lai hera (maya lagchha afno janmeko thalo), love in geopardy wakka matrai. Yesle chai kei nai kei disturb garekai hunuparchha. Tyo hormone sarmone ta fine chha, GP le matrai haina consultant le nai bhaneko after investigations. Genetic problem pani na hunu parne kinaki family ma sabai mota ghata tandarusta nai chhan. J hoss, aba daily Mc. ra KFC gaera hernu paryo. Let's see if this works. Newuser, One of the easier, cheaper and effective way to gain weight is to eat a couple of spoons full of peanut butter and a glass of whole milk just before going to bed. This will surely work. I have seen guys who wanted to join american football practice this and become big in just a couple of months.
