Maoists disrupt water supply to Dailekh HQ
Maoist rebels have destroyed the water supply facility thereby obstructing in the people's right to have access to basic human needs like water to thousands of people residing in Khalanga and Narayan municipality in the remote mid-western district of Dailekh, reports said.
