Hi Sajha Friends,
I am in a dilemma on which process to follow as TPS has recently been extended till Jan 2021.
My H1b has recently been approved and my employer is waiting for Labor Certificate (PERM) and I am wondering should I use TPS for my i485 and i140 as I heard that it will be quicker and hassle free or should I use H1b for the above two forms.
Please share your experience about these two process and merits and demerits of using either h1b or TPS for Greencard.
Thank you for your time to read my question.
