Currently working as a senior gas station attendant, im on tps , my employer agreed to file my H1B as a station manager. my issue is, i work under minimum wage scale an most of my wages comes as cash. my daily routine includes opening-closing shop, cleaning , dealing customer n so on , now what should i mention my responsibility as a gas station manager ...my owner ( pakistani ) agreed to show my wage 60k /year but his yearly turnover is way less than this. is this case how can i make my case genuine. also anyone applied h1B through gas station prior? if so any inputs will be well appreciated.

EB3 Unskilled category may be possible, but you cant be out of status during this period and takes long time.

Lol....if you live in New York you can easily get a card with your TU degree. But that will be subway card though. You make coffee and mop floors and still want to file GC or H1 I like your confidence.

H1 isnt a option for you. Hard to explain how sociology degree would help run a store when anyone adept enough can do it without it.
talk to a lawyer if youd like to peruse GC directly. This will need a huge co-operation on the store owners part. It will take time and you will be at owners mercy for long time. Also maintaining status past TPS is a concern. You cannot be out of status if you want to do AOS.

If you have money saved up, you can go through tec consultancy and get sponsored, which may be bit realistic. You already have a degree.
