Hello,
Is everybody aware of the HR392 (https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/house-bill/392)  movement going on right now? This bill, if passed, would remove country limit in employment related green card and everybody except Indians and Chinese would be pushed 5 to 10 years back in line.

The Indian backlog should be removed by increasing number of visas, not by pitting Indians against everybody else.

If you are concerned about this change, please call or email your Senator and Congressman and request them to opposed this bill.

If you are a part of organization such as NRNA or any other, raise this issue there and ask your organization to lobby against this bill.

Indians are spending a lot of money and time to get this through. But this bill is virtually against the interest of everybody else.
