Has any one recently got interview notice for citizenship application from Dallas field office? Trying to get some idea how long it’s taking to make some travel plans . I filed in October last year , waiting for interview letter and planning to go back home for month in September . But want to postpone if they send me lettter for interview.

PS : I know uscis processing time, tracker stuff etc, so don’t refer me there . Trying to idea from real people who have filed case and recently got interviews .

My PD was of mid Jan 2017 got interview on early May 2018 . spouse PD was of Nov 2017 and still waiting for interview. if that helps.

I had applied in September 2017 and had my interview and naturalization done in April 2018 at Dallas field office.
Yours is way past the processing time, I would suggest to either create a service request or ombudsman request to find out where the hold up is.

I filed in oct last year (2017) , doesn’t looks like I am out of processing time. Looks like @AnonymousGuy’s wife I am around same time line.

@latinokiller looks like you got pretty fast processing considering fact that you got it in like 8 month. Mine has been pending for around 9 month. May be it’s close. I don’t care if it takes few months , but freaking not know when they will send interview letter is freaking ridiculous .
