Can Asylee file for his wife's i485 in a year if he filed asylum as single but they have marriage certificate made 5 years ago?
Do I have to file i730 (petition for relative) before that ?
I hope to get some advice from experienced Nepali daju bai.

I don’t understand why you needed to lie on your application that you were married. Where is your wife now? USA or elsewhere?
You need to apply i-730 to get her derivative asylum status first and then after one year of her being on that status, she can apply for i-485. She cannot apply directly i-485 just being married to an asylee. If she was present at your interview as your wife, then she would have got derivative status immediately.
