I think it will be hard to find such station. If you have check engine light on you may hack it.
One year I drove on failed sticker over 5 months. After replacing Catalytic converter I was able to get the sticker. Since then once in a while check engine light shows up (one time code was for EVAP sensor: diagnosis fee was 90 dollars) . Later I found that it was due to loose gas cap).

Following year It showed up again on the month of state inspection. I used a device and deleted the code; I had to drive 50-60 miles to refresh the chips inside the car. Once it was error free, took it for inspection. Got the Sticker. But this may not work all the time depends on the severity on you car.
Every state follows own rules. Some state check for the condition of the car.
Brakes and brake pad
Rust
Tires thread depth
Wheel alignment (Wiggles or not)
All lights including brake lights.
Horn
Wiper blades and wiper motor
Hand brake
And so on
And they check these things thoroughly because they want to make money fixing it. I paid 10 dollar for one small bulb that was fused; it may cost them a buck or two.
