agreed with Mancini. Sagoon's business model has already flopped so they are just doing here and there and it its pretty easy to fool common people who do not have any idea of how different business model works. This is just my thought and sorry if it hurts the owner

Few years ago they claimed that it was like google, now they are claiming to be like facebook. They are not able to say why is better. Mini ipo (which sagoon is doing) is like looking for investor via crowd. I am not sure, but IPO is like model is proved, they need some money for expansion.
