I can confirm that recently approved TPS is having validity date until Dec 24, 2018. DHS extended TPS until June 24, 2018. So, Why is USCIS sending approval for 6 more months. Really confused on this. Do anyone have any theory on this?
I have confirmed 3 cases with validity date until Dec 24 2018 but these were the case filed in initial period and got the approval in December 1st week. As the approval for re-registration started to roll out, I was wondering what these lucky folks have in validity end date?

Well, I guess you should just keep Quiet But TPS should renew once again anyway.

TPS will likely not be renewed for another 18 months. Likely renewed for 6 months only before they terminate it, so they might have just given ead until the end of the year so no one need to reregister for 6 months. Just my opinion! I could be wrong!
