Health Monthly - $0 (Employer pays for it) biweekly VSP - $7 biweekly Dental - $23 biweekly
Employer pays for my health insurance. Co-pay is $10 and I have HSA account where employer matches contribution. I set aside $35 bi-weekly towards my HSA account.

It depends upon the Company benefits. If your company has many employees, everyone will get benefitted from the group insurance paying less but working for small company, its equivalent to having no health insurance benefits at all. If you buy from marketplace, its too expensive and low income can enroll in obamacare. Do you have any experience paying $ 800.00 per month for a family (with spouse and child) ? I have and on top of that, medical bills separately.
