I am writing in this forum to get your valuable suggestions regarding my concern. My wife has 5 years (3 yrs PCL and 2 yrs Bachelor) nursing degree from Nepal. Now she is in F2 visa and wants apply for RN license in Montana. Here is my confusion about obtaining credential from CGFNS, would that CP or CES; do they need English proficiency; do they issue license without SSN; what other possible options to get license without SSN and English proficiency certificate? Thank you very much for your valuable suggestions.

Thank you for your suggestions. I visited the link that you provided but unable to decide which credential report do I need to purchase from CGFNS? The options are CP or CES, or Credentials Evaluation Service Professional Report. Also, do I need SSN to issue RN license? It would be great for me I get answer or relevant link/tread.

My wife had 3 years PCL and 2 years bachelors degree from Nepal. We used CES from cgfns. Also we didn't use her 2 years bachelors degree. We used PCL degree for credential evaluation with CGFNS. English proficiency requirement is the requirement of board of nursing so check with Montana board of nurisng for english proficiency. SSN is not required by CGFNS but the board may require it.
