Tps application received on 3rd july and uscis cashed check on 15th July. I am still waiting for formal notification from uscis. Am I on right track?

If they cashed your check then you should get your notification soon. Check cashed means they have accepted your documents. Give them another week. I hope you will get your notification soon. They are usually taking 5-6 days for Nepal TPS after they receive the document, I don't know why they took that long to cash the check. Welcome to waiting game.

My TPS application was received on 10th July, E-Notification received on 15th July and Check cashed on 16th July.

Check the back part of the cashed checked. It will have the receipt number that you can use to track your status online.
