i bought a samsung galaxy s4 but i don't have data plan with t mobile i just wanted to use free hot spot wifi but seems like this phone has no option for that .any body have any idea to use free hot spot wifi for t-mobile samsung galaxy s4.

How much your paying anyways?? You r not getting data?? Hmm... Right now tmobile has $50 unlimited talk and text with 500 mb 3g/4g data. Call 611 or go to the store and they should be able to help you.

Your question is confusing. You dont have data plan so how can you use wifi hot spot for it? Wifi hot spot means using data of your phone to run other wifi enable machines. Or you are talking about joining wifi hot spot form tmobile ? It used to be there in past but never heard it lately. Basically you need some data plan to run wifi hot spot.
