Dear wise Sajhaiites,
Reservation is rather popular in Nepal...reservation for women, for dalits, for this for that. At IOM or IOE entrance test to job selection process. Not only because it is popular thing to do, I believe, the reservation is secured by the law.
Some believe this provision helps uplift the severely suppressed segments of the population.
Others say it is now sort of difficult if you are male from non-dalit group, unless you are much above average.
So what do you think the reservation take us? Is it a good thing or a bad one?

@halo, it is the same question.I see your line of though, but justification of US system doesn't provide an answer to Nepalese provision. It is the same idea, I just put it in the Nepalese context.
So are you saying, Nepalese Reservation is bad because US quota system is bad or its reverse?
