My brother got the dv and came here a month ago. He has Masters degree in commerce but worked in IT field. He used to develop software back in nepal and had two small company running.(one for software and the other for hardware). Now, he wants to start a small software developing company over here too. Can you guys plz suggest what are needed and what should be done to register a company. Thanks for your help.

There are different vendors who provide one stop solution for registering and incorporating a company. Visit legal zoom, corporation.com etc. Note that they charge a good amount every year just for maintaining corporation standing. Then there are state and federal laws for registering and taxation.
