I have to send 20000 to 30000 emails every month to subscribers but I am finding the cost of this to be too high when using public ISP's they charge 150 to 200 dollars a month.
Does anyone know a good way to send that many emails cheap and effectively?

maxpayne i looked at constant contact but it costs $75/month for 10,000 emails that's pretty steep to send 1 email a month to all contacts.
