Hello,
I am sure any company if not in a position to find a project by themselves to their consultants should not have a problem in doing corp-corp. If any company is ready to offer you a project make them deal with your employer and get in to a project soon as possible. The market will slow down in another 2 months. act fast !!
With best wishes,

Hello,
My appologies if my understanding on some thing disappointed you, My only concern was to ensure your quick placement. corp-corp is what you can go with for now since your employer is not able to get any requirements for you. please try to find some requirement by yourself and ask your employer to get you through with that.
For more clarifications you may call me on 7032619470.
Nalini Kumar Datti.

This was my answer to another thread but it does apply to your question as well.
You can transfer your H1B from Dhoti to current employer or any other vendor once it will starts from October 1st. there are two ways for transferring H1B, regular or Premium. If you want to go for regular, you can start the process now since it will at least take 2-3 months to get approve. Your Dhoti consultancy (current employer) will not have any clue that you already have transferred your H1B, until you tell them. Once everything is approved and transferred, you have to let them know that you will no longer be working with them.
But you know there are some problems you might face while doing this. You need to know what resume dhoti presented to USCIS when they filled your H1. I don’t know how you are going to get that from them. Also, if you have signed any contract with dhoti and if it is still valid, they might make a big deal about it. You also have to make sure that your new employer will be fine with your situation with real/fake resumes.
